How consent is obtained

Consent is obtained exclusively through our online sign-up form. Enrollment is limited to Tietronix staff and authorized testers, who opt in by submitting the form and checking the consent box. Each submission records the date, time, mobile number, and the exact consent language agreed to.

The form presents the following disclosure, which each subscriber must affirmatively accept:

Program details

  • Program: Tietronix Dental App test notifications.
  • Message content: test notifications from the Tietronix Dental App — appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and appointment cancellations. This campaign is used by Tietronix Software, Inc. to test and demonstrate the Tietronix Dental App messaging feature. Enrollment is limited to Tietronix staff and authorized testers; it is not open to the general public, and no messages are sent to patients of any dental practice under this registration.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
