When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Tietronix Software, Inc., we collect your mobile telephone number, your opt-in source and consent record, message preferences, and records of messages sent and received. We use this information to provide the SMS program: test notifications from the Tietronix Dental App — appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and appointment cancellations. This campaign is used by Tietronix Software, Inc. to test and demonstrate the Tietronix Dental App messaging feature. Enrollment is limited to Tietronix staff and authorized testers; it is not open to the general public, and no messages are sent to patients of any dental practice under this registration. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that deliver or support our messaging program, subject to contractual confidentiality and data-security obligations.
