How consent is obtained

Consent is obtained exclusively through our online sign-up form. Enrollment is limited to Tietronix staff, who opt in by submitting the form and checking the consent box. Each submission records the date, time, mobile number, and the exact consent language agreed to.

The form presents the following disclosure, which each subscriber must affirmatively accept:

I agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Tietronix Software, Inc. at the mobile number I provided above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.

Program details

  • Message content: deployment and build status notifications, system monitoring and error alerts, and scheduled-maintenance notices for internal Tietronix engineering systems. This program is internal to Tietronix Software, Inc. and is not open to the general public.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any message at any time. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that deliver or support our messaging program, subject to contractual confidentiality and data-security obligations.
