CHALLENGE: Perform a due diligence audit to identify problems in product development of new software suite

• Conduct week-long audit to determine areas of weakness in the development project cycle

RESULTS:

• The audit uncovered major weaknesses in the development effort including a lack of architecture, no use of methodology and significant employee turnover.
• The results of the audit allowed the client to change its service provider and complete the product for commercialization.
