CHALLENGE: Create a more effective way for the company to develop and implement current software technologies

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:
Hardware: Win NT
Software: Microsoft NT Server, SQL Server


SOLUTIONS:

• Install Object-Oriented technology and provide user support to a 20-person team involved in a high-level project for a leading financial institution.
• Train the team in Unified Modeling Language (UML), the de-facto software modeling language standard.
• Provide technical expertise in Software Architecture development.

RESULTS:

• The development team successfully developed the UML model of the system and its high-level design phase. It later obtained the contract from the end customer to continue the project.
