CHALLENGE: Fast-track the design of a new product mired in development difficulties, thus creating a significant revenue shortfall for the client

SOLUTIONS:

• Develop and deploy a full-featured Electronic Documentation System in three months, which had been in development in-house for more than two years.
• Develop a complete Electronic Documentation System for the client's production facility for copying, viewing, controlling, stamping and storing to CD and legal documents.
• Using rapid prototyping development, Tietronix defined the User Interface as well as the complete set of functionalities required by the customer - in just six weeks. The system went into production only three months after project initiation.

RESULTS:

• The resulting system has significantly reduced the time previously required to process customer requests while increasing product offerings to a new and lucrative market.
• The new product created a significant competitive advantage and directly contributed to the company's improved financial performance and shareholder value.
