Technical Editor/Writer
Tietronix Software seeks a technical editor/writer to support NASA Space Life Sciences Directorate (SLSD)
Advocacy and Outreach at Johnson Space Center. Candidate will provide assistance to Scientists, Doctors, Medical personnel
and researchers in developing a variety of materials such as documents, books,
presentations, and graphics. The position will require research into SLSD topics and working
closely with SLSD personnel while creating the material. Maintain and document the status of all
technical documents under work. Version control and configuration management of documents is critical.
Generate reports and metrics to NASA on a regular basis. Qualifications for this position are:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable. Good understanding
of Science and background in human space flight preferred.
- High level of initiative, pay attention to detail, and be team-oriented
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet critical schedule requirements
- Possess the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels
- Able to manage and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal, interpersonnal and written communication skills
- Able to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods
and surge requirements when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Experience in Quark or equivalent is a plus
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Business Process Specialist
Tietronix Software seeks a business process specialist to support NASA Space Life Sciences Directorate (SLSD)
Export Control team at Johnson Space Center. Candidate will provide assistance to Scientists,
Doctors, Medical personnel and researchers in Export Control (EC),
Scientific Technical Information (STI), Foreign National Badging (FNB), Directives, and
Foreign Travel processing. Candidate will research request and assist the requestor
towards filling out the required forms correctly. Maintain status of all paperwork in progress.
Assist requestors to comply with the export control regulations. Generate process metrics. Qualifications for this position are:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable.
- High level of initiative, pay attention to detail, and be team-oriented

- Possess the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels

Intern Software Developer
Tietronix Software seeks intern software developers to undertake challenging assignments that provide the opportunity to learn about new technologies. Qualifications for the intern positions are:
- Currently enroll in the M.S. program in computer science or software engineering.
- Grade point average of 3.2 or above.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assimilate numerous details into cohesive solutions.
- Strong overall understanding of object-oriented development. Objected-oriented analysis and design, object-oriented development/testing in Java and/or C#, HTML, JavaScript, data modeling and relational databases.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, following through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
